The value for money was great and the room was spacious and comfortable without a wardrobe. The location was convenient, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the Temple St night market just a short walk away. The staff, especially the front desk person, were welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast items could be improved with more variety and options.

We liked the hotel, it was modern and modest and had incredible location very close to sneaker street, the MTR station, and Mongkok and TsimTsa Sui. The room was great value for money and a nice size and kept clean. The food was good and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. It was a very pleasant experience...

The hotel has a nice design, recently refurbished and clean. the breakfast offers a lot of goodies. the overall experience was great. the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Hong Kong H K Heliport airport, within 3 miles.

The room was fantastic - modern and had a super comfy bed. 🛏️ the bathroom was clean and the carpet was a bit outdated, but it didn't bother me. the best part was the convenient location, especially if you love walking around a bustling covered market. 🏬

Small family room (not like in picture). Suddenly fire alarm during the day was crazy. Water from windows leaked on the sill.

The location is good, close to the bus stop from airport, close to temple market and ladies market. Food are just around the corner. Close to mtr Station. Good value for money.Staff are english speaking and very helpful. Clean and good design.

Small room, but it was acceptable. When I was staying there, the elvator broke down and I have to use stair to the 11th floor.

Conveniently located in a shopping area, this place offers rooms with old carpets but a great spot to explore. A short walk from a bus stop makes it super easy to get around 🚍.

1) Drawers or cupboards not available for storage of clothes 2) only 1 small elevator to serve 13 floors There are a lot more but since this isn't a complain board the above 2 are my major dislike

Este hotel es una joya escondida en Tenerife. Me sorprendió gratamente el nivel de comodidad y confort que ofrece este alojamiento de alta calidad. Las instalaciones, incluyendo la habitación con una cocina americana y vistas encantadoras, son igual o mejores que las fotos disponibles. mencionar que el desayuno es de los mejores que he probado en términos de variedad y calidad, realmente un espectáculo para los sentidos. Además, el personal del hotel es excepcional en su servicio y amabilidad, desde la recepción hasta el personal del comedor y la limpieza. Recomendaron lugares increíbles para visitar y comer en la zona. Fue un placer disfrutar de una estancia tan agradable en este lugar tranquilo y acogedor.

Todo estaba perfecto. ¡Regresaría sin dudarlo!

Single small lift serving 13 levels is inadequate.

The shower curtain is too short. The basin design is too small to use.
